How to Find Exactly What You Want on eBay!
I’ve been shopping on eBay since 2000 for all things vintage – home and wardrobe – and it’s still one of my favorite places to shop because of one special feature: saved searches!
When you search for anything on eBay, it’ll give you the option of saving that specific search. If it’s something you really want, then save the search and select whether you want to be notified by email and/or mobile notification when an item becomes available. Below is a list of just some of the saved searches I have going on eBay at the moment. At any time I have about 30 different searches saved based on my current wish list. I prefer alerts on my phone so I can snatch the item I want as quickly as it’s available. If it’s a very rare item, I can assure you that there are others following the same search so act quickly and buy the item if you really want it.
Fellow Splendor Collective member, Heather, snagged this AMAZING YSL fringe skirt using this search tool. It’s now a saved search term for me because I need this skirt too and maybe the vintage gods will manifest another one of these skirts for me!
