The Shopping List No. 10: Holiday Edit

I know, it’s not even Halloween but here’s a guide all about Christmas decor! A few weeks ago, I headed to a Christmas pop-up in town and I mentioned all of the good holiday decor (especially vintage) sells out before Halloween. By popular request, this is for all of you holiday lovers who are eager to shop and decorate.

Trim the Tree

95% of the ornaments on our tree are vintage – a mix of hand me downs from my mom and aunts or estate sale finds – and tbh it makes the holidays that much more special. A good place to start is by digging through your parents’ holiday stash to find heirlooms or meaningful ornaments that you loved as a kid. The  next best thing is to shop at the thrift store, estate sales or eBay.

Hostess

My curated picks:

I grew up with Old World wooden tchotchkes and keepsakes, so they bring back the memories from my childhood but they’re also a great way to introduce new traditions like starting a nutcracker or brass decor collection.

My curated picks:
